Arm Bar Soap Reviews

I train BJJ 4x a week, and after sweaty gi rounds, I need something that actually gets the funk off. This soap has been solid. Smells good without being obnoxious, and my skin feels clean after class. i’m annoyed I wasted money on other soaps that left me feeling gross five minutes later. This one does the job, so yeah, I’ll be buying it again.

Overall, the soap has a nice scent and does a solid job of cleaning, so no complaints there. That said, the exfoliation felt a bit too rough for me to use every day. I actually liked it after a workout or training session when I wanted that extra clean feeling, but for a regular shower, it was kind of a lot. I’d probably enjoy it more if there were a gentler scrub option. Not a bad product at all, just not quite the perfect fit for me.

This soap feels really good after training. Especially after sweaty rolls. It gets rid of that mat smell fast, which is exactly what I wanted. Only downside is I wish the bars lasted a little longer. Still, I’d buy it again.

I picked up a couple bars because the ingredients looked simple and legit, without a bunch of random stuff I couldn’t pronounce. The scents are really pleasant too, not overpowering, which I appreciate because I’m not trying to smell like a candle all day.
The only thing is one of the bars got soft quickly in my shower, and when I mentioned it, I kind of felt brushed off like it wasn’t a real issue. That was frustrating, but to be fair, the soap still leaves my skin feeling clean and not dried out, so I’d probably buy it again.

I picked this up mainly to use after training because I still remember the first time I got a weird skin irritation after rolls and how paranoid it made me every time I stepped off the mats. This soap smells decent, lathers fine, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling super dried out, which I appreciate. I do feel a little more at ease using it after practice, like it’s an extra layer of backup in my gym bag. That said, I can’t say for sure if it’s doing anything special beyond regular soap. It’s a bit pricey for what it is, so for me it’s good, just not something I’m blown away by.

I tried using this a few times, but my skin ended up getting really dry and itchy (which was uncomfortable). I had to stop using it after that. It might work fine for other people, but it just wasn’t a good fit for my skin.

I wanted to like this, but it barely lathers at all and whatever foam you do get disappears almost immediately. It kind of gave me that feeling like they made it my problem to figure out how to use it right, when really it just doesn’t perform well for me.

The soap smelled fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The problem is that after using it for a few days, my skin actually felt dry and tight, not soft at all. It kind of felt like a bait and switch compared to what I thought I was getting.

Maybe it works better for other people, but it just wasn’t a good fit for me. I don’t think I’d order it again.

Ordered from armbarsoap.com. Soap seemed fine, but the packaging wasn’t. Box showed up beat up, and one bar’s paper wrap was ripped a bit.
For the price, I expected better packing. Nothing was ruined, just felt careless. Probably won’t order again unless that improves

My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but one of the soaps was the wrong scent. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do kind of regret not double-checking everything right away since it was a little annoying

I grabbed the bundle thinking it would be a better deal, but the discount was so small that it didn’t really feel worth it. Since the savings weren’t much, I probably would’ve just bought the items separately...
